Things that go BUMP in the night!

This is the scary time of year! The Jack-o-lanterns need to be carved in their most gruesome and scary faces. The scarecrow is dressed to “KILL!”. The spider is set in the yarn webbing inviting you in! The ghosties and the goblins are let out of their hiding places and under the bed is searched for the monsters that live there.

But not everyone likes this trick or treat time. If you are in high school, this can be some a really really scary time in your life . . . College Applications, FAFSA, The Common App, CSS/Profile,The ESSAY, the letters of recommendations and choosing a career or major. And, oh by the way, there is the ever present question . . . what are you going to be when you grow up?

If you are feeling these ghosties and these goblins, ask for help. It is available.

If you are the parent of a sophomore or junior in high school, let’s talk now so that your student can enjoy the fun of the scary season of Jack-o-lanterns instead of the really, really scaring things keeping you up at night!
